To place an order, simply:

You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not entered fulfillment. Please contact our customer support team at services@tajirksa.com for assistance.

Once your order is placed, we process and ship it within 1-3 working days.

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 working days (if available)

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Orders under PKR 2499: PKR 299 shipping fee
  • Orders PKR 2499 Above: Free Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

After your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with tracking information, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Yes! You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details on how to initiate a return.

Currently, we do not offer gift cards. However, we are exploring the possibility of adding them in the future.

No, we do not charge restocking fees for returned items. Returns are processed without any hidden charges.
